eclipse-rpm-editor software package provides Editor for RPM .spec files integrated into Eclipse, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eclipse-rpm-editor
eclipse-rpm-editor is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eclipse-rpm-editor package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eclipse-rpm-editor *
You will get with eclipse-rpm-editor package name, version, architecture and description in a table
